The location was great and easy to reach, onsite parking was secure and roomy, the room was simple but the bed was very comfortable, though I had to send a message about one issue directly to the property.

The staff were fantastic! Check‑in and check‑out were streamlined, the location was great, the bed was super comfortable, and the place was extremely clean; I would definitely stay here again! It was a wonderful hotel right in the heart of Wollongong, with no negatives at all.
