The hotel is 4 stars but could be 5 because it has everything a 5‑star hotel offers: comfortable bed, spacious room, pillows, wonderful shower, great towels with all amenities, and the breakfast is delicious with many varieties. The staff are very friendly and helpful. On the second day I received a bottle of wine with sweets and fruit and a welcome card in the room! Highly recommend.

Good location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the porter who is professional. Breakfast offers many choices. The rooms are clean, quiet, and relaxing. Nothing negative.

The breakfast was simply amazing. The spread is very vast and the staff encourages you to try their various delicacies. Sameer, the restaurant manager, is a hard‑working person who cares for each guest in a special way and makes them feel important. The rooms are incredibly clean and next‑level. This place is more suited for families and middle‑aged people. There is a Gmart next door where you can buy all the groceries, etc. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is a little away from the main city centre.

The staff were very polite and efficient, the location was great, rooms were spacious and clean. In the evening before we left, they left a bottle of wine, fruit, cookies, and a note from the hotel staff in our room—what a lovely gesture. Thanks to everyone.
