The location was great, the place was clean, and the host was fantastic and accommodating, but the room felt cramped and I would have preferred more space.

“Nice, considerate, needs better bed.”

The spa was nice and the staff were very considerate, leaving items in the fridge for guests. However, the bed was small and uncomfortable; it was much smaller than I expected and I wish it had been at least a bit more comfortable.

“Woeful”

I decided not to stay here because of how it looked and its condition; the ad was totally misleading. It’s just a shabby fibro shed in someone’s backyard facing a run‑down construction site. I felt unsafe since the door wasn’t even secure when I arrived—my key wasn’t in the lock box. A dog barked at me as I had to walk through someone’s yard to get in, which was very uncomfortable. I walked in and then walked straight back out, scrambling to find last‑minute accommodation so I wouldn’t have to stay there. I was very disappointed.

“The host/s were lovely and communicated well. The place was well kept and the experience overall was pleasant”

It was so small and cozy, tucked away at the back of the property but still easy to access and well maintained. Nothing could be criticized; it was exactly what we needed.
