“Absolutely out of this world”
Everything was perfect; I had no complaints at all and I can’t wait to return. There was nothing to dislike.

The staff/host helped us find another place to stay. I booked this spot for my daughter’s 13th birthday, arriving on Wednesday and planning to stay until Friday. But the accommodation was awful. We left within hours of arriving and had to find emergency lodging. The cleaning crew did not do their job: the twin room had a wet single bed that turned out to be urine soaked through the mattress, the TV had lines on the screen, food outside the hot tub hadn’t been cleared, a half‑dead bird lay near the hot tub, the hot tub itself was filthy with scum around the edges, the fridge smelled bad and hadn’t been cleaned, the microwave was dirty, and it seemed the place hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped. I was completely unhappy and my daughter’s birthday was ruined. Very disappointed.

The location was fine. The fridge wasn’t on, the bed was uncomfortable, and the outside area needed cleaning.

The rooms were spacious and clean, giving a pleasant feel throughout the stay.

The hot tub courtyard and darts board were nice, but the bed was uncomfortable and the sofas could only seat three people; cobwebs and flies were everywhere, there were poo stains in the toilet and under the seat, the oven was filthy and greasy, hairs were found in the freezer, the fridge was mucky, curtains were filthy, the shower had mould, light switches were dirty, plastic plates were chipped, glasses and cutlery were odd, there was no BBQ—only a grill shelf, windows were dirty, and so much more.
