The breakfast was well prepared, with fresh, high‑quality items, and the kitchen staff were polite and helpful. However, the room rate felt steep for what was offered, there was no water for a shower, the heating was completely ineffective, and the staff assigned to fix the issue showed little concern. I felt cheated by the price I paid.
