“Not a good experience. Advertised amenities not provided and definitely overpriced for what we received”
We requested an early arrival and it was approved, but when we arrived there was no one to greet us and the unit wasn’t ready. A cleaner came but didn’t know the unit. I washed my hands after using the bathroom but there was no soap; I asked repeatedly and only received soap the day before we were leaving. The unit was never cleaned, and on the day we were supposed to leave at 6 p.m. the cleaner asked us to clean our room while we packed. Towels for our unit had been taken by another renter. The TV was advertised as 45 inch but was only 26 inch. Overall it was a bad experience and too expensive for what we got. The bathroom shower had a blinking red light all night long, and there were no water bottles. Many advertised amenities were missing.

The suite is very good, spacious and comfortable. It’s a great spot, close to everything. The administrators are helpful and friendly. The only drawbacks are the lack of an elevator – about 64 steps to climb (tiring, especially with luggage). It’s not a hotel and there is no reception. Finding it on arrival is not easy. Removing those hiccups would make it a 10.

There is no elevator. On a hot day I had to carry my luggage up three floors.

The location is good, but you have to climb 63 steps. There is no hotel, no reception, no service, and the air conditioning doesn’t work properly, so I had to use a fan.
“When I come to Rome, I will definitely choose to stay here again.”
The location was magnificent, and getting to historical sites was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were communicative and friendly.
