We were thrilled with every detail, especially the staff’s respectful and welcoming attitude. The only downside was the pricey food, which makes you want to eat out instead; I understand it’s a condotel but it’s right next to the mall.

“Ok, shame about breakfast.”

The location is great, close to the airport and a shopping center. We did book breakfast, but the line was huge; they kept apologizing but wouldn’t refund us.

“Wondering hotel, but not so good staying experience because of other customers.”

Everything was excellent—the staff were friendly, polite, and enthusiastic, and both the lobby and rooms stayed very tidy. The room’s soundproofing is lacking; if a noisy guest is next door you can hear everything. The staff acted quickly when I reported it, but the repeated disturbance was still quite annoying. If you need a quiet night after a long workday, ask for a quieter floor at check‑in or consider another hotel.
