Location only. The bed sheets were pale instead of white, making them look unclean. The washroom was very small, and the drainage was either blocked or closed. Moreover, no staff were available to help with luggage. When traveling with family, guests often have several bags, so staff assistance would have been appreciated, but none was provided.

The location is excellent, close to the Prophet’s Mosque, and the cleanliness is also excellent. Unfortunately, there is no flexibility in booking.
