The staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!

The only pool on the premises was the only perk, but it sat right in the middle of the property and offered no privacy. The rooms were awful, there was no mobile signal inside, so it’s not a good fit for families or couples.

The spot was great for hitting all the main restaurants, tourist sights, the nearby kathakali and kalari shows, and the pool was a real highlight. The rooms feel dated even for a heritage property, the bathroom was dirty with mold, and breakfast was terrible with barely any choices.
