The staff were really friendly, but that's about where it ends. The place was a mess and to make matters worse, the owner was trying to pull a fast one on me with the prices during peak season. I booked through a site and they said it was all good, but then the owner told me it depended on availability - not cool.

The owners were super nice and the location is perfect if you're driving to Bucaramanga and need a place to rest. They had all the amenities listed and it was a safe spot for my pet to run around. My only gripe is the room layout - it's a bit cramped and you have to watch out for the bed corners when you walk in.
