I had a really bad experience with this hotel. I paid the full amount upfront after a lady from the hotel called me, but then they cancelled my booking just two days before my stay. To make matters worse, I still haven't gotten a refund. It's pretty frustrating and I want to complain about it.

This place was a letdown. The hotel didn't have any of the stuff they advertised - no WiFi, no hot water, and the power kept going out. They also charged us extra for things. It was just a basic place to crash, but not what we were expecting.

The location was okay, but that's about it. The room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly, and the floor was a mess. They didn't even provide a toiletry kit, and there were stains everywhere. The beds were old and it just wasn't worth the money - more like a lodge than a hotel.
