Nothing good; towels are worn out, there’s a pesticide smell in the room, the floor at the entrance is greasy, and the bathroom wall paint is peeling.

The Grand Excelsior Hotel Bur Dubai, on Kuwait Street, offers 8 dining options, an expansive spa, and rooftop pool. This modern hotel features contemporary rooms with Arabian touches, flat-screen TVs, and interactive entertainment. A modern gym, Turkish bath, hot tub, and sauna are available. Complimentary shuttle service to a top shopping mall and proximity to Dubai International Convention Centre enhance its appeal.

Le personnel était excellent et attentif. Il manquait les serviettes au sol lors du nettoyage de la chambre. La piscine les enfants ne pouvait pas jouer normalement, ni sauter ni plonger …

Nothing. This Hotel is in a shocking state, no way near a 4-star rating. I booked another hotel as soon as I seen the room and the condition of the room. There was no one to receive me upon arrival and the main entrance was not working, had to use a side door. The bathroom is in a terrible state and when I asked them to fix the basin drain, I was told it must not be used. the bedding was stained and the room decor is old and scratched

Nice location, nice ambiance, good value for money, and Mr Faisal the bell boy was professional and cool, but in‑room dining was lacking.

The room was very good, a little dated, but terrific in size; the property’s location is fair and away from noise pollution, yet I wouldn’t recommend breakfast at their restaurant because of the poor variety and taste. Instead, at the corner of the street there’s a cafeteria called MyChai, whose menu—especially the breakfast—is highly recommended. Breakfast at the restaurant needs drastic improvement; continental, English, or Arabic cuisine for breakfast makes sense, but it was never available at the property. Additionally, the rooms need an overhaul since they are outdated.
