“I was ok due to a few issues overall it was fine.”

The location was great since I was across from the hospital where my wife had day surgery; the bed was comfortable, the room and outside were clean and well kept. I didn’t like that the maintenance man didn’t fix the air conditioner on our first day; he came, checked it, and said he would be back, but the temperature stayed at 74 blowing warm air. After about 45 minutes he never returned, and the thermostat had reached 77. I called the front desk and they said he would cool it down later that evening, which wasn’t acceptable, so I went to the desk clerk to get another room. She was very accommodating, and I was able to change rooms, though it was a hassle because we had already unpacked. The new room had a working air conditioner. The next day at breakfast I asked for a few face cloths, and the clerk said she would have some sent to my room. When I tried to shower around 7:00 pm, there were no face cloths, so I had to go to the front desk to get two more. I’m not sure what the policy is for face cloths per person; the clerk said if we needed more we could just call and they would bring some. I didn’t like that you only get one face cloth per person a day and had to go get more on both days we stayed, which was ridiculous.

“Convinient but didn’t feel clean”

There are plenty of places to eat. The rooms appear superficially clean; I spilled water on the floor and once wiped it with a paper towel, which came out almost black.

“Disappointed.”

The freeway blocked a convenient exit with cement barriers that created a corridor preventing exit. We should have been warned in advance or given directions that would have helped us find the hotel. I ended up 6 miles out of town before I could turn around. The clerk’s family dominated the sitting area. The trash cans were finally located in a closet.

“My stay was great. I always stay here when I go out of town.”

It was clean and all the staff were so awesome. They had a hard time keeping up with towels because the house was full.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The onsite staff unfortunately fell short of my expectations, but the hotel's overall ambiance and facilities left a more positive impression. Despite the staff not being up to par, I still appreciated certain aspects of my stay. The hotel's location and amenities were quite impressive, but I wish the staff were more attentive and helpful.
