My friends said I was lucky to go in low season. We arrived in a 12‑room suite where the first night we were only 4 people (3 of us) and the second night 2 more joined, which was fine. The facilities were spectacular; just watch the lights when you leave the pool because I fell. The room was too cold. The bed was super comfy, but the room was really cold. We asked to raise the temperature, but it didn’t really feel warmer.

I really liked this place; the staff are amazing. The reception girls and the restaurant staff are incredible, always ready to help with any request. I had a lot of requests and they handled them well, even when I was sick. The bed and the tours were great, and they organized all the tours nicely. Plus the personalized cookie was a sweet touch. I love you, Outposters 😎😉 I was a bit disappointed with the beds and lockers: my charging cables kept falling behind the beds and it was hard to pick them up again because the lockers are at the bottom. A holding wall at the back would help, and I didn’t like that the lockers are on the floor, so bags end up literally on the floor 🙈🤯 I’ve never seen that before and it felt bad. Hopefully they’ll change it soon 🙏🙏🙏

The infinity pool is great. The hostel has a good vibe and is awesome for meeting young people. Everything was great.
