Comm9n areas were fairly clean. There was plenty of water - cold water, that is. Unfortunately, hot water was an on/off luxury. The bathroom had water damage that had been patched over but was disintegrating

The hotel was very clean, though the bathtub faucet had to be pulled on to work.
