I loved the location and the staff were wonderful and kind, but my son and I saw cockroaches by the coffee station near the front desk, which was unsettling. The staff member who dealt with that incident also made breakfast that morning and checked us out; he was very nice, yet the presence of cockroaches at the coffee area made me wary of potential pests around the food station, so I wasn’t very hungry and couldn’t eat at the table. Aside from that, the room was great, the beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and I was very impressed! The pool was very cold, though lol, but the kids loved swimming in it lol.

The room was spotless and the linens were fresh, and the staff were fantastic—definitely coming back. I didn’t find anything to complain about.
