The location was spot on, just a stone's throw from Nola’s center and close to the bus stop heading to Naples. The room was spotless, and the lady was incredibly helpful and attentive, showing great professionalism and kindness. She was available at all times and even answered a nighttime call, which we really appreciated. The only minor gripe was the air‑conditioning system; even set to 16°, it didn’t feel very powerful, but that’s a personal opinion and didn’t affect our overall view of the stay.

The property was new, impeccably clean, and comfortable. When we arrived, we were told breakfast wasn’t available because the bar the hotel relies on was closed. To make up for that, we received a €10 discount (for 5 nights, 2 adults and 2 children), which barely covered even a coffee at the bar and added to the inconvenience.

Nothing positive to mention. The lady’s lack of organization was noticeable. I understand that unforeseen events happen, but overall I found the coordination poor and the management unclear, especially regarding transportation, breakfast, and extra charges. I expected better organization and clearer communication from the start.
