“Great dog friendly accommodation that was clean and comfortable”

The spot was spot‑on – right in the middle of shops and spotless. The only hiccup was that there wasn’t a fenced yard for my pup, but a leash‑free dog park just a block away let him run around freely.

“Great stay 😀”

Staff were super helpful and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could think of. The unit was spacious and the location was solid. The lounge, though, felt a bit worn out.

“Watch out for them charging you extra or trying to charge you twice”

The place looked modern and had a TV in the bedroom, plus they even put a sheet on the sofa – nice touch. It was close to everything and felt safe. Unfortunately, the staff communication was a nightmare: we never knew how to get into the room, got a last‑minute call about a different office closing, and had to pay again for a $20 extra fee even though we’d already paid in full.

“Great location and OK for a night or 2”

The apartment was just the right size for a one‑night stay, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was lovely. A spare sheet on the sofa was handy since we were traveling with a pet. The location was great, close to everything. On the downside, the check‑in process was a headache – we had to download two apps, provide a bunch of ID and bank info, and then learn the key app wasn’t needed because we were handed a physical key.

The cleaner was friendly, but when the second upstairs shower wouldn’t unlock with our key, the agent was a bit curt when we asked for a spare key – she just told us not to close the door and seemed annoyed. Despite that, the hosts were lovely and very accommodating.
