Service was very prompt and the staff were friendly. I wish there were regular deep cleanings because there were bed bugs; my child’s legs were bitten a lot.

Our 小管家泡菜 responded quickly to all our questions and was very attentive to my elderly mother’s needs, even extending our checkout from 12 pm to 2 pm so she could rest in the room until the airport transfer at 2 pm. Nothing.

The design is fantastic and I love the location. The staff are very professional and always ready to help, even giving a panda to our kids—a divine touch—and snacks for our trip. Everything was fine.
