The price was cheap, but the lack of staff made me feel uneasy.

The nearby hot spring offered many water types, which was great, and we could use the free ping‑pong table. The room felt cramped, overall dim, the air‑conditioning didn’t work well, and the shower pressure was weak.

The accommodation package information was confusing. The coffee maker ran out of water so I couldn’t use it. There weren’t enough spare towels and I couldn’t get a replacement. A fellow guest left their door wide open and talked loudly, so their voices carried into my room.

The bed was fun to play on, but the toilet was tiny, the bathtub still had hair in it, the tatami bore coffee stains, and there were no power outlets near the bed—only one near the tatami.
