The room is large, the bed is comfortable, the shower is very good, and the breakfast is good. The breakfast juice is powdered; I think they could at least offer a natural orange juice.

The infrastructure, food, and service were all good.

My parents love staying at this hotel, though they find the bed a bit high, which makes it hard for them to get in and out. The location is decent, and the staff’s service really lifts the overall experience. The bed was still a bit high for them, and the breakfast was average with limited options, but that’s what you’d expect.

The front desk staff were attentive, polite, and helpful, and the facilities—including valet parking—were great, making the whole experience very positive. There’s nothing else to mention.
