Located 10 minutes from downtown Limoges and 15 minutes from Bellegarde airport, it's accessible from the A20 motorway, with Zénith and Parc des Expositions nearby.

The room was clean and the bed comfy, and the breakfast was diverse and plentiful. But a major heating issue ruined our night: we arrived to 15 °C in the room, and even with the heater on we heard a whistling noise all night and the temperature never rose above 17 °C. When we left, the front desk confirmed the heating was still out of service. With the temperatures dropping for three days, we should have been told upon arrival that heating wasn’t working and offered an extra blanket. Another bad surprise: half‑board only includes an entrée and a main dish, or a main dish and a dessert, not all three. That should be clearly stated at booking.

Spotlessly clean with lovely décor, a very varied breakfast, and excellent bedding. A sticky note with a kind message on the mirror and very pleasant staff. The location is convenient—Zénith is about a 10‑minute walk. The parking is inconvenient, narrow and with few spots. The breakfast layout feels illogical; you have to hunt for items and there’s no tray, so you keep going back and forth to bring drinks and food. There’s no information about the restaurant menus, so it’s a surprise… if you don’t like it, that’s just that.
