Hotel Ginepro in Qualiano offers free Wi-Fi, a restaurant serving regional cuisine, and a bar. Air-conditioned rooms feature flat-screen TVs, work desks, and private bathrooms with hairdryers. A shopping centre is nearby, and Naples' centre is a 20-minute drive away. A typical Italian breakfast with hot drinks, juice, and pastries is served daily.

The breakfast area is good. Nothing else to note.

I’m disappointed because I can’t say more; the room was switched upon arrival, the air‑conditioner was blocked, and it was kindly changed again, yet the rooms still have mold, the bathroom door doesn’t close, and mold is everywhere. For a four‑star hotel I expected better, especially since I travel for work often.

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was good.

The price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent, the staff were kind and professional, and everything was spotless and tidy.
