The bed and pillows are good. The air‑conditioner keeps the room at a mild temperature but doesn’t cool it enough.

The staff were super helpful and answered questions quickly. The room was modern, coded, clean, and well equipped; the closed‑in building gave plenty of quiet and privacy. The location was great, very close to the metro and Milano Centre station.
