Parking was the only good thing; the room wasn’t clean, the single window faced a wall, and a light bulb stayed on all night.

Breakfast was good—usually eggs, enchiladas, chilaquiles, and for an extra fee we could change it—but the hotel maintenance seemed a bit old‑fashioned and the pool isn’t heated.

When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the room was spotless. However, the checkout time wasn’t honored; the reservation said 1 pm but we were asked to leave at 12 pm, and another staff member at the front desk wouldn’t give us any extra time or an alternative, even after we mentioned the 1 pm checkout. The jug in the room was dirty, with leftover water from a previous use, which was the most unpleasant part.
