Excellent hospitality, professionalism, and quality of service. Our room on the 5th floor is roof‑top, so some spots had low ceilings for the taller of us.

The location is great for a trip to Dijon’s centre. Small issues: the elevator’s lighting was faulty, which was a bit scary at night, but it works. A headboard lamp was wobbling. The décor is outdated. No fresh fruit at breakfast, and the pool‑sauna area isn’t appealing.

The staff were welcoming and professional, and having access to the spa was a bonus.

The location was great, but the price was a bit high.
