Cullintra House feels like a cozy, original, authentic, wonderful and, most of all, magical experience. It exceeded every expectation I had for an Irish vacation. Patricia, the host, is warm, lovely and kind. When I return to Ireland, I’ll book again, and I’d recommend it to anyone. ❤️

“Idylle in historischem Ambiente”

The host is very friendly and authentic, the location idyllic and the accommodation lovely, with a very good breakfast on request, original and antique furnishings, overall very extraordinary! A private hiking trail lies directly behind the house, surrounded by beautiful nature and quiet. However, one must be aware that old houses can have a certain musty smell, and the cleanliness standard in Ireland is lower compared to Austria.

The location is superb, set in beautiful countryside and very secluded, making it a great escape from everything. The breakfast is excellent, featuring homemade bread, marmalade and jams.

The house and Gardens and the private viewing point is really beautiful. Sorry to say the description on booking . Com is completely misleading. The place isvery very dirty actually filthy. Our shed because thats what it was stinked of cat urine. Very very poor, patrica might have been fabulous in her hey day, but the truth is she has very little help because she is a contrary english woman who still thinks she can speak to the Irish like dogs barking orders and robbing us blind to sleep and live in cats urine. She entered into our shed removed our dog and lockef him in a filthy dog cage, no food no water, removed stuff and when I left my rubbish, sorted for her like she told me to do, she also put smelly black bin back inside the room And then told us to leave after accepting cash, the terrible truth is patrica is too old and too nasty to be representing Irish hospitality. What I would like to know is? When did failte Ireland last see this place and how in the name of God they support dives getting away with murder.Something is seriously wrong There is no restraunt, the kitchen is a feckin Joke, One fork for five rooms 🤔 you ring her at 10 30 to get her out of bed to cook your breakfast.you are then told the door is open, you may enter. THIS WHOLE SITUATION STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN, LIKE HER ACCOMODATION, TO BE FAIR THE HOUSE DID NOT SMELL OF WEE WEE BUT THE OTHER TWO SHED APPARTMENTS ARE A DISGRACE. LOCKING DOGS UP IN PENS, SURELY THE ACTIONS OF A MAD WOMAN

Very quiet and calming surroundings. Very accommodating owner Patricia. Very tasty breakfast including homemade bread. Definitely a good place to relax from everyday rush. For sure I’ll be there again.
