“Big Scam, stay away from it!”

The place was dirty and dusty, smelled bad, had many water and electricity problems, bad internet, rude service, and a very complicated location. Moreover, the offer said “no prepayment needed,” yet they took money on my mother’s credit card and wouldn’t refund it no matter how badly I tried to negotiate or even offer to pay cash. Stay as far away from this place as possible! Horrible experience and a total scam.

“Not trusted”

I booked this hotel with the clear instruction “pay at the property,” yet the full amount, taxes included, was charged to my card without permission. I arrived at 1:00 AM after a 10‑hour flight from Egypt to Indonesia, only to learn that my reservation had been cancelled because no rooms were available, and no email or notification had been sent beforehand. After a face‑to‑face discussion, I was refunded only the room rate, but I had already paid for a taxi from the airport and had no alternative accommodation, forcing me to spend the night outside in an unsafe situation. Exhausted, stressed, and in a foreign country, I was left very disappointed by the poor management and lack of coordination. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to travelers arriving late at night.

I gave it a 1 because the picture on Booking is a hoax and doesn’t match reality. The first room they handed me was full of mold, making it hard to breathe. I asked for another room, but they were all infested with insects. The bathroom was awful—no place to put my feet, it was dirty, and there was a stagnant puddle that didn’t drain.
