Great service and friendly staff, the location is great and rooms are clean and quiet, I slept well, but the breakfast options were very limiting.

A wonderful hotel right in the centre of Arusha, perfect for walking around town, the staff were lovely, breakfasts were 'interesting', and the restaurant offered a wide range of food for dinner – good quality and cheap prices, with no complaints at all.

The staff were wonderful, but the location is now crowded with lots of people, noises and loitering a bit heavy, and the AC in our room 212 kept a huge noise when turned on.

The shower was excellent, but the breakfast was very focused on Indian food.

The hotel sits right in the middle of everything, making it easy to walk to the shopper supermarket, the central market, and so on. A ten‑minute tuk‑tuk ride (don’t pay more than 5000 shillings) gets you to the cultural centre. The lobby looks nice and the restaurant offers a very convenient room‑service; the menu is extensive, everything tasted great and the prices were very reasonable. We booked it for the night before our safari and for the two nights after, and both rooms were tidy, the beds super comfy, the space adequate and the TV worked. The first bathroom was missing a shower glass, so we had to be careful not to flood the room, while the second had a huge shower cabin. The staff were eager to help and fix any issues. It does feel a bit pricey for Tanzania, but we didn’t regret choosing it, and although there was no hair‑dryer, they would have provided one if we’d asked.
