The breakfast was great and everything was fresh. The bathrooms were small.

Clean, tidy, helpful staff, nice décor, great location, but the microwave was hard to reach, there was no kettle in the room, and the shower headset barely worked.

The location was very good, very close to Krupówki, and yet very quiet. Free parking was available for guests, and shops and restaurants were nearby.

The receptionist was very helpful and clearly passionate about her job; she went above and beyond, suggesting activities and searching online for more information, which made the stay better. The room had a fridge, the bathroom was spacious, and everything worked as it should. The location was great, just a short walk to downtown, and the Wi‑Fi was fine with no noise from neighbors or the street. The price was fair, and the breakfast—eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, tea, and coffee—was tasty with a nice park view. The bathroom had a good‑sized waste basket. However, there was no box spring; the mattress was soft but still firm when placed directly on the wooden frame. I had to ask for extra pillows because the provided ones were small and flat, though the two extra pillows that were given were large and fluffy.
