The staff were nice and the rooms turned out to be more spacious than expected. Being close to the train and local stores made transportation easier. I didn’t like that the housekeeping crew didn’t change or clean the room throughout my stay, didn’t check if we needed towels, or empty the trash.

Free parking is a plus, but the place was a bit rundown and smelled like cigarettes.

The room and location were good, but the service fell short: I asked to move because I could hear the elevator dinging; my room was right next to the elevator, and it took them 3 hours before they moved me, even after I went multiple times.

The staff were friendly and helpful, yet the sheet and pillowcase had spots on them. There was no microwave or kettle in the room, so I had to go down to the lobby to warm food or make tea.

Cama confortável, bom aquecedor e banheiro ok.
