“Hyfsat”

The rooms were good and the breakfast decent overall, but there was no soap in the room. The staff were not in a good mood at all, neither at check‑in nor at check‑out; how hard is it to be a little friendly and smile a bit?

Breakfast was fine. I had to change rooms because of a scheduling mistake by the hotel, received a smaller room and was not compensated financially. The service at the bistro was terrible; we had to fetch staff who were scrolling on their phones to place orders for food and drinks. The food was okay but not cooked to my preferences.

“Vistelsen var helt OK.”

The beds were good—that was the most important thing. We needed a good night’s sleep between long car trips. The instructions on how to enter the hotel and get a room key when reception was unmanned were clear and easy to follow. It would have been nice if there was a way to make coffee or tea in the room; that was missing.

“Dejligt sted”

Good selection, maybe a lack of rye bread. A few more parking spots would help. Parking is an issue.
