I didn’t stay this time June 21-23 I had to leave early for emergency back home. I spoke with front disk manger and I explain for him, but he simply excuses by saying need to cancel That was to pad. It seemed that the hotel did not notify about the case just to keep the money for free, and that is not fear, and not professional work for front disk manger, no co-operation
