Wow! The service was outstanding, the grounds were beautiful, and the location was perfect. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff made it special with handwritten notes, champagne, and even a cooler—a huge upgrade that we really appreciated. We used the concierge for tours, restaurant bookings, and car services; everything worked flawlessly. The whole team seemed to know our plans for each day and always welcomed us back by name. I absolutely loved the Cape Grace.

The staff were wonderful, and we immediately felt at home. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a penthouse suite, which was perfect. The food at the Heirloom Restaurant was absolutely delicious. Nothing was lacking.
