The location and the staff were fine. The cleanliness, the bed sheets, and a broken air conditioner were problems; the rooms need renovation.

The staff were very helpful and communicative, arranging a driver who was also great for showing the area, and the hotel itself is located next to a large mosque and not far from the city centre. I recommend it.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a disaster. There was nothing positive to report, and everything about my stay was a letdown. I was disappointed with almost every aspect of the hotel.
