The staff were courteous and always ready to help, but the front desk has no computers, so checking rates requires you to ask in person. I had to request fresh bedsheets because the ones in my room were not clean, and they had none on hand, so they offered me a room change.

The hotel is in a great spot and the staff are friendly. However, the room could use a bit more cleaning; it felt stuffy and had a noticeable odor.

Getting to our destination was convenient. Unfortunately, there was hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, and when we asked for extra towels they weren't available. The building is old, so some details slip through the cracks, but overall cleanliness matters. The staff were kind and friendly.

I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Although the room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, I did encounter some issues with the TV reception and channel selection. Since I was only using the room for sleeping, I didn't get to explore much else, but overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would consider returning when I'm in town again.

The hotel's location was a major highlight for me, with plenty of great places to eat and shops nearby. I didn't get to explore the hotel itself much, but the surrounding area had everything I needed. Overall, I was pleased with my stay, although I didn't get to experience all the hotel had to offer.
