“Great pools”

The pools and facilities were the best, far superior to Dusit Thani, and the staff were friendly with a decent breakfast. The beds felt a bit hard, and a tractor was oddly breaking rocks from 8am every day, but I was already awake at the pool so it didn’t bother me.

A very good place with friendly staff and good amenities. The only problem was that the hotel was hard to find because there were no signals outside; otherwise everything was great.

A well‑secured property with courteous and polite staff. The only suggestion is that they could use a warmer for their breakfast.

“Great place, great staff, priorities on only certain buildings.”

Always something to do and regular events, the staff are very friendly, the food is great, and the resort and rooms are clean. The Acacia building (Tower A) is showing its age; the other buildings around it have upgrades and new construction. Acacia has issues with windows that split the seal away from the building on the 10th floor (the windows by the elevator). The bedroom door in our unit has been broken for 2 years (multiple stays annually); having to lift up a bulky door just to close it properly is ridiculous for the cost of the stay. The plumbing in the bathroom needs upgrading as the sink doesn’t even have a P‑trap to keep sewage gas smells out and drains are mind‑numbingly slow. The shower is a shoebox New York apartment‑style shower (yes, it’s tiny).

“Nice away stay”

We stayed in a studio, which was fine for us, and the facilities are generally good. The pools are great and the setting is nice.
