Located in a historic building just 300 m from the Vltava River, Hostel EMMA offers hardwood‑floored rooms, some overlooking quiet streets. Free Wi‑Fi covers the entire property. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee, shared bathrooms, and proximity to Charles Square, the Dancing House (3 min), National Theatre (5 min) and Charles Bridge (10 min).

The hostel’s location is great—our top priority—rooms are clean, and the price is very good, but the reception isn’t open 24/7, which could be an issue for some; we had to pick up keys at a specific time and couldn’t leave luggage in the morning because our train arrived late at night.

The receptionist’s proximity to the city center is convenient, but the shared social facilities are cramped, with thin walls, creaky beds, and a dark alley setting in a panel building.

It’s far from the busy area and very quiet, but the pass‑room usage is time‑restricted.
