The room was tidy, but it was cold, the TV remote didn’t work, and the “double” bed turned out to be two beds pushed together.

The location was good, the bed was comfortable, and checking out was easy, but the shower headset had old grime and stone, the sink was clogged, and spider webs hung from the ceiling.
