We got a free upgrade which was awesome, and the breakfast was great, lots of choices. The heated pool was a nice touch too.

Breakfast was passable, the staff were friendly, and both the room and the pool were clean; however, upon arrival we found a note at reception telling us to collect the room key from another hotel a five‑minute walk away, only to learn there that we also had to eat breakfast at this hotel – a detail that should have been mentioned in the description – and the Wi‑Fi was very poor.

I stayed at this hotel and it was an okay experience, but it wasn't without its issues. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent. However, there were some organizational issues that made things a bit confusing, and the WiFi was really slow and unreliable. Overall, it was just an average stay.
