It was okay, the location was good and close to the train and shopping centre, but the pipe in the sink was leaking.

Check‑in was swift, no cash deposit was needed—just my ID was held—and the room supplied clean white pillows, blankets and towels, a mat, a safe, two pairs of slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a clear TV screen, cold air‑conditioning, a thick blanket, bright lighting with dimmer controls, and water dispensers on every floor (a practice in place for five years). A minibus passes opposite the hotel and the street is one‑way, making the crossing a bit tricky because of crowds. On the downside, the phone rang three times without anyone answering, there was no hot water despite the receptionist’s note at check‑in, no tissues on the desk, no mini‑fridge, only 13 TV channels, the superior double room I chose was small with a tiny window and bathroom, there was only one coat hanger, and the one‑way street made crossing difficult.

The location is convenient and the service is decent, but suddenly they asked for a down‑payment even though the app gave no notice about an upfront DP; the payment system needs fixing and clearer instructions in the booking section so guests aren’t confused.

I was pleased to find the hotel's proximity to the Bandung feeder station convenient, but unfortunately, the room's facilities didn't match the pictures I'd seen. The room itself was quite old and in need of renovation. On the bright side, the affordable price made it a great option for those looking to save money.
