The grounds are pretty and the receptionist Irma is friendly. The bath photo doesn’t match reality; it’s very inconvenient to use the shower without a cabin or at least a shower curtain, so it’s always wet.
The breakfast in the morning is truly excellent! We arrived late in the afternoon, and as soon as we were greeted, everyone left; we didn’t see anyone again until the next morning, no service, not even a way to get a bottle of water. Breakfast starts at 10 am, and the director was annoyed because we had to resume our trip and found ourselves downstairs around 9 am, thinking 10 am was the end time. No empathy, no smiles, an unforgettable welcome.
The breakfast was good and the location was just right for me.

Huge thanks to Irma and the entire staff for a comfortable stay! My husband and I stayed at this hotel. Highlights: 1. It was extremely clean—white floors, walls, linens, and not a single stain! They clearly prioritize cleanliness, which was very important to us. 2. The breakfasts were tasty and varied for every taste: pizza, khachapuri, boiled/fried eggs, various sides, cold cuts, sausages, cutlets, sweet pies, Nutella, etc. Tea and coffee were always available. 3. The pool area was well equipped with loungers, tables, and pleasant music. 4. There was a washing machine on every floor, so laundry was no problem. 5. Small touches that left a pleasant impression: everywhere smelled good, the bedding was soft and body‑friendly, the balcony where you could sit in the evening with a glass of wine, the TV in the room, large mirrors, etc.
