Nothing positive; the property itself smelled damp. The cleaning crew clearly seemed on drugs, leaving a huge mess that made it hard to enter our room, and no staff were available to assist. The food was off, with fruit flies everywhere—on the toast and even in the orange juice. The bedroom floor was a mess, and for £85 for one night it was not worth it.

The street was quiet, but I paid for a family room that promised two double beds and four single beds and only received one double bed and one bunk bed—definitely not worth the price.

The location is super convenient, right next to the promenade so you can walk everywhere. The room wasn’t clean; we found dirty sheets and the carpet was full of hair. Breakfast was minimal, nothing special, and the quality was poor. After reading all the glowing reviews, I didn’t find any of the nice things mentioned… honestly, I’m not sure what to say. We were the only guests at the B&B—never saw anyone else, not even at breakfast.
