The location was great, but the in‑room service could have been better.

The spot was perfect for taking in London, and I really appreciated the building’s history; the rooms were super comfortable and gave a more intimate feel than most London hotels. The staff were excellent. The only minor gripe was that the bathroom could use a magnifying mirror.
