The airport shuttle was convenient, and a bus route 40 on the corner drops you near the 107, which gets you to NEW YORK in 25 minutes; sometimes the wait is long, but the pool and other facilities are beautiful and spotless. The pool hours are too short, and I wish they’d extend the evening to relax after walking around New York.

It was very outdated for the price I paid, so I would definitely stay elsewhere. The building was old, hallway water leaked, and cookies were never made.

It was average. We couldn’t get any help from the front desk; phone calls went unanswered, the room wasn’t prepared, clean towels were missing, the pool opened very late and loud kids took full advantage, and calls to the front desk were consistently ignored.

The hotel is really clean and comfortable. We arrived after the check‑in time and the room still wasn’t ready, which was not very comfortable after a long flight.

The staff were geeky yet pleasant. We were stuck in traffic down the street from the hotel for almost an hour, the room wasn’t very clean, dust and dirt were around the baseboards and vents, and the bedding had old stains.
