No breakfast provided. Room-specific shelves in the fridge were helphul. The location was great, away from downtown high prices. City bus service was exceptional. NIce firm mattress. Temperature control throughout the building was fine. I could use more or sturdier pillows for neck support. A waste basket in my room would be nice. Some guests did not wash their dishes!! I washed mine and some others

There was nothing worth mentioning, and when I made a deposit I never got it back. Everything was a disappointment.

The room was spotless and the staff seemed to keep it that way. The bathroom sometimes clogged, but it was usually cleaned the next day or sooner. The bathroom still clogged often, there was no dustbin in the room (which is essential), and there was no hairdryer in any of the bathrooms.

The door code never worked; I was standing outside trying to use the code the website gave me.

The location was great. The building was mostly clean, quiet, and very organized. We were not told that there were live‑in residents on the property, which made us feel a bit uneasy. The instructions didn’t make clear which unit we were staying in, and we only had access to the room via a phone app. The bed linens didn’t look clean.
