The staff were very friendly, and we only regretted missing breakfast on one day because it was truly amazing. It’s a bit far from the city center and parking is difficult, right next to the stip hill.

The hotel met modern standards while fitting into the medieval Swan historical setting, and the warmth and responsiveness of the Shoreni family who own it made everything even more appealing. Everything was fine.

The host was lovely—warm, friendly, and always ready to help. We had breakfast a few times, and it was delicious with generous portions. The property was very clean, and the balcony offered a great view. The shared kitchen had all the necessary tools. One tip if you’re arriving by car: Google Maps gives the wrong route, so double‑check with the host or map it yourself beforehand. The internet was sometimes slow, but that seemed common across Mestia at the time.
