“Unzufrieden”
I brought my own breakfast and it was fine. I had booked a room for my dog but was later asked to pay an extra €25 for the pet, which I found unreasonable because I assumed the breakfast and dog fee were included in the total price. I also didn’t have to pay for breakfast separately. €25 is a steep charge for a dog and should be clearly stated at booking that the pet incurs an additional fee.
“Für zwei Übernachtungen ist das ok.”
Breakfast was good and the selection of food and drinks was acceptable, but the rooms are very small, with no wardrobe or nightstand. The front‑desk gentleman worked very slowly, was clumsy, couldn’t read the booking correctly, and kept asking questions that had already been answered multiple times. After a long journey that was exhausting.
The location was good and breakfast was fine, but a bit more fruit would have helped; the elevator worked great for us 100 % disabled people, and the service was nice and attentive. The room was very small, not suitable for people with disabilities—no wheelchair or arm support, the bed was against the wall, there was no wardrobe and we had to live out of a suitcase, towels had no hooks, and the bathroom door had everything stacked on top of each other, making drying difficult. There was no phone in the room for calling the reception or ordering a taxi, and a bottle of water after a 7‑hour drive with traffic would have been appreciated. The staff were friendly, but the room size was still a concern, especially room 8.
“Für ein Zimmer mit einer anderen Ausrichtung wären wir deutlich zufriedener gewesen.”
The room was already quite small, but for the short stay it was acceptable. Inside the hotel the acoustics were okay, except for the loud closing of all the door locks. The constant noise from the nearby gas station and fast‑food restaurant made it impossible to sleep with the windows open; the ventilation system in the fast‑food place was so loud that it felt like a long‑haul flight. After the first night we realized why earplugs were provided in the room.
