Small double room but the bed was large and comfortable. Good bars for breakfast: coffee machine, choice of teas, plus fruit, yoghurt and cereal. Bathroom needed a refresh but was very clean.

I appreciated the old‑world vibe of the house and the snug lounge area, and the location was close to my conference venue. I didn’t encounter any major issues, only that I missed the chance for more human interaction.

The place was clean and comfortable, and it was within walking distance of the old town—though the walk was a bit long. There weren’t many late‑night buses available.

Good location, character, comfortable. Droning noise (like an electrical buzz) woke us from 530 (?), could have been earlier. Tge noise continued for a few hrs and prevented going back to sleep
