The lakeside location had a stunning view, a small pool for a quick dip, caring staff, and very pleasant common areas. The bathrooms were limited in cleanliness, the bedding was average, and the room faced a noisy street. Still, the place was so charming and peaceful that we had no regrets.

It was on the lake. The place was unclean, and food and drink options were very limited.

The staff were friendly, there was a restaurant on site, and you could take a boat trip around the caldera.

The staff were friendly, and via via even arranged a scooter for us since there are no rental companies in Talysay. For a hostel, it was a bit pricey.
